The world of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths, also known as STEM, is one in which creativity and innovation collide to work towards a better future. We envision a world where STEM learning is enhanced and accessible to both girls and boys, fostering a diverse and inclusive educational landscape.

EY STEM is a new app designed to open up the world of STEM to the next generation and create a more accessible future. This gamified mobile platform is designed for all individuals aged 13-18, making it ideal for those interested in learning more about STEM, including family members and friends. It could even lead to the start of an amazing journey!

The app is free to download and aims to positively enhance students’ out-of-school learning. It is part of EY’s commitment to positively impact One Billion Lives by 2030. Featuring simple content and subtitled videos, EY STEM is accessible to all nationalities and backgrounds.

App Rewards

EY STEM features an incentivised learning model, meaning students accumulate points for every step they complete and build their rewards wallets.

These points can then be redeemed for fun rewards, such as digital vouchers; including annual subscriptions to a learning platform of your choice, or lasting rewards, including calls with a Tech Recruiter.

Students will work through over 450 activities accessed over 17 channels of EY engaging, straightforward and educational content. All content is sourced from well-known institutions, such as NASA and Stanford University, and aims to encourage rewards through learning.

Just some of the steps that students will have to complete to receive a reward include reading articles, interviewing community members, answering questions, and conducting an experiment. The students can complete activities in teams or as an individual.

The young learners will become part of a global learning community, with over 20 countries now engaged in with EY STEM. The app has experienced amazing success with a 98.5% approval rating from over 40,000 users globally.
